ABOUT NURSE RX
Nurse RX is a NHSC (National Health Service Corp) approved SUD treatment site that is dedicated to providing timely access to medication, integrated support services, and patient-centered care for individuals overcoming addiction. Our team, led by Dr. Bonnie Velez, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC is committed to helping patients maintain sobriety and improve their quality of life by providing readily accessble care for people battling addiction in QAC Maryland.
SUPPORT SERVICES
In addition to medication-assisted care, Nurse RX provides primary care and connects patients with partner organizations for psychiatric evaluations and support with dual diagnoses: co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. Referrals to providers like Lowtan and Waynik help address the broader needs of individuals in recovery.
